The William Raveis Real Estate office meeting in Duxbury had a really sweet theme today. We were treated to a guest appearance by Tracey Noonan, the founder of Wicked Good Cupcakes and Sandi Evensen who came to tell us about their local business.

Who doesn’t love to hear a success story about a local business?

What started out as a fun way to spend quality time together for Tracey Noonan and her daughter Danielle Vilagie, has now grown into a multi-million dollar business.  They took a cake-decorating class started baking cupcakes in their home for friends and family, requests for their cupcakes continued to grow.  True inspiration hit when they started getting requests to ship their product. They came up with the creative idea to package the cupcakes in mason jars to keep them fresher longer and to protect them during the shipping process.

Great product combined with very innovative packaging gained them national attention when they appeared on the popular show Shark Tank.  They worked a deal with Mr. Wonderful, Kevin O’Leary and have now grown and expanded their business to include more products. They now offer pies, brownies and cheesecake in their branded packaging with more ideas in the pipeline.

Congratulations to your success ladies. It was a pleasure to meet you Tracey and Sandi. Thanks for the treats!
